C++ and STL presentations

During 2002 and 2003 I gave a series of presentations to the Boston-area Mac programming SIG on topics related to C++ and STL. The goal was to succinctly summarize and clarify some areas of C++ that the members of the group were already familiar with (such as exceptions and casts), and to introduce them to aspects of C++ they may not have encountered before.
